Production Notes

During production, exceptional care is devoted to preserving the authentic character of the cooked agave while achieving remarkable depth and elegance. Following the slow roasting process, the agave is crushed using traditional methods to extract rich, flavorful juices that ferment naturally, developing complex aromatic layers and a smooth texture.

Double distillation in copper pot stills refines the spirit while maintaining the distinctive earthy and sweet agave profile that defines Tequila Gran Notorio Añejo. The tequila is then aged patiently in select French and American oak barrels, where it develops notes of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, cacao, dried fruit, and warm spice.

The extended maturation process creates a refined and luxurious tequila with exceptional balance, a velvety mouthfeel, and a long, elegant finish that reflects the craftsmanship and heritage of authentic tequila making in Jalisco.
